Very clean Room - also the outside area looks clean- a lot of towels in the Bathroom ( wich i like because of my long hair I washed 😎) and it was a hairdryer there. The service around this motel was very friendly and….it is Dog friendly Motel 👍👍👍. We put our own blanket over a king bed. The dogs also had have a good comfortable Night like us . Thanks 🙏

The location was good and the room was updated but dog hair everywhere even under the sheets. It was my birthday. Very disappointing.

✅️♿️elevator ✅️♿️parking , only one ✅️♿️hallway ✅️🐶dog friendly Almost total ADA... they need to work in the bathroom, support bars, shower mixer valve, and door handles. Need updated the lamps. ❌️The only bad experience was that they collected the bath towels without permission, + they did not replace (we left it outside for dry)

Stephanie the Gm, Binnie in the office, Debbie on the 3rd floor are amazing. The rest of the staff i didn’t get their names but they were helpful and very easy to talk too. The rooms are clean and stocked with what you need. Very welcoming of pets and they use pet friendly cleaning products. Sitting on the semi private balcony is so relaxing. The elevator makes it easy to carry your stuff to your room unlike other places with steep stairs. Can’t wait to stay there again. Our pup enjoyed his stay with getting treats in the office and having a grass area to do his business

We had to wait an hour and a half after our check in to get into our room because it was getting cleaned. Once we got in dog hair was in the bed under the sheets. On the floors. They bought us new sheet which had dog hair as well.

I've stayed here several times when my kids have been up to compete in a local volleyball tournament. It's pretty no frills, but the location is great for the convention center, it's a good value, and the rooms are spacious with an extra sink, microwave, and dishwasher. I accidentally booked the wrong date one time and the manager was very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The worst stay we have ever had. Power outage, couldn’t use our room for a whole day and a half. Pool was dirty, floors were dirty. Staff was rude. Found a roach in the room. We left a day early because of the things we were dealing with. …

Great room for a few nights. Just what we needed. It was clean and well appointed. Our fridge was not working upon arrival and they replaced it completely within 12 hours. Friendly staff - very accomodating.
